In Bedfordshire, we have a membership of over 6,000 young people enjoying an active programme. In addition to their weekly meeting, they also have the opportunity to take part in a myriad of activities throughout the year - camps and pack holidays, day trips, visits, rambles and activity sessions. All of these organised and run by a small, dedicated band of adult leaders and helpers.

Our leaders are assisted by unit helpers, instructors, parents, badge testers and Trefoil Guild members who all give their time voluntarily and unstintingly week in week out - and we couldn't do without a single one of them. At county level, I have a very hard working and dedicated team, all of whom support Guiding in all parts of Bedfordshire

I am grateful to each and every one of them for all they give to our young people and I also appreciate the support given to me over the past year. THANK YOU.
